Our Forever Home
Thanks to the legacy of the Schaber Family- Clarence, Viola and Patricia
We’re proud to share our new, state-of-the-art dance facility—nearly 10,000 square feet designed with intention, care, and community at the heart of it all.
From the moment you walk in, you’ll notice how the space reflects our values: beauty, functionality, and inclusivity. Thoughtfully designed for dancers and families, our new home includes:
Large viewing windows from the lobby into each studio, allowing parents to observe classes with ease
Expansive outdoor-facing windows that fill the space with natural light and frame the beautiful woodland behind the building
Spacious studios with Harlequin sprung floors and Marley surfaces—the industry’s highest standard for dancer safety and performance
Sustainable landscaping, featuring native plants and flowers that reflect our commitment to the environment and local ecology
Every element—from the flooring beneath your feet to the flowers outside our doors—was chosen to support our dancers’ growth, well-being, and joy.
Come dance with us in a space built to inspire.
The building site is located on Washington Ave, between Curve Crest Blvd and Orleans Street. Across the street from Brines and the Lumberyard.

Join us in creating lasting memories and supporting our environment at the new Curio Dance building!
Part of our building plans include a landscape plan that helps protect and promote the health of our watershed: the land and water systems that ultimately feed into our rivers and lakes. Working with Curio family members and landscape designers, we have created a plan that is not only beautiful in all seasons, but supports the health of our watershed district, and provides a food source for pollinators.
Plant the seeds of memories with a sponsorship of $25-100 per plant.
